Dr. Melinda J. Staiger Speaks to the Coalition about Diagnostic Procedures for Breast Cancer Screening
Dr. Melinda J. Staiger. Medical Director of the Jacqueline Wilentz Breast Center of Monmouth Medical Center spoke to members of the Monmouth Cancer Coalition on September 17, 2009, about the latest clinical options available for breast cancer screening. As an entree to Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, Dr. Staiger's program provided a comprehensive overview of the newest techniques used for breast cancer screening and their appropriate applications.
Dr. Staiger has been a member of the Monmouth Cancer Coalition since its inception and has achieved national recognition for her work as an advocate for cancer prevention and early detection.
