HIV/AIDS continues to impact communities of color at an overwhelming rate. John Meridian's health care professionals, representatives from community-based organizations, and members of the religious community for an evening of meaningful dialogue about the state of HIV/AIDS in our communities, its impact on individuals living with the disease and their families, and how communities can work together to eliminate this devastating disease. Registration is required. Light refreshments.
